Scrubs Scrubs have been recognized as healthy since the ancient Greeks. Ancient Olympic athletes soaked, steamed, received scrubs, and massage, to detoxify, stimulate, and yet relax all systems of the body. Boxers and modern athletes, dancers, and those who appreciate their wonderful bodies use scrubs to cleanse, stimulate, yet relax and rejuvenate their bodies. *Approximately1hour Enjoy any of the following* Peppermint scrub--stimulating Citrus Body Polish--gentle way to exfoliate dry, rough skin Ginger Body Scrub--deep cleaning Lavender Scrub--stress relieving Anti-Aging Salt Glow--skin-firming Cellulite Salt Scrub--orange peel body polish Detoxifying Salt Scrub--purifying Essence of Bible Salt Scrub--salts & scents found in Bible Chocolate or Coffee Polish--Aromatic and rejuvenating Rose Petal Polish--luxurious and calming Before each scrub the client is dry brushed. Body is then scrubbed on both sides with chosen product. When scrub is complete, client showers, and returns for application of body moisturizer. Rest an additional 10-15 minutes in the warmth of heated mat and blankets to let the relaxation sink in. Must pick product when making appointment. Body Masks--Your choice of algae, seaweed, clay, mud, moormud, or French clay and seaweed $90 a treatment. Treatment lasts about 1 hour and 15-30 minutes. Client is again dry brushed. The product is brushed or hand-spread on the entire body. He/she is wrapped in several layers of plastic and warm blankets and left to rest of 20-30 minutes. The client then showers and a wonderful lotion is then applied to finish the treatment. Very relaxing! Must pick product when making appointment. Appointment and Payment Policy for Spa Treatments and Packages as follows: Because Spa Treatments take preparation and time (before, during, and after), credit card information will be taken at the time of the appointment to encourage people to keep their commitments. If you need to cancel, please give 48 hrs.notice so I can fill the appointment time. I will absorb the cost of the unused product. If you cancel in fewer than 48 hrs, I will charge your credit card 1/2 the amount due. If you do not show up at all, I will charge your credit card full price. I apologize in advance for having to have this policy, but some people make appointments and do not show up or call at all or consistently cancel at the last minute. I know that emergencies occur to which I will be sensitive. My clients find me understanding on this point. I ask that you take this policy into consideration when scheduling an appointment. Make sure you have the time necessary for these more involved treatments. Paying in advance also allows you to relax during your appointment without having to worry about checks or credit cards. You can focus on your treatment and your health. Notice massage package holders. You may use one of your sessions in any of the spa packages that include massage. You may take half, 1 hr., or 1 1/2 hr. hours. I will deduct the cost from the total spa package price.
